Your IT only breaks when you're busy — a dead server at 7:45am before a client deadline, an invoice email that was actually a fraudster, a laptop that "just stopped working." Break-fix pricing means you pay the most exactly when things go wrong, and nothing is watching your systems between failures. Managed IT flips that: we watch everything around the clock and fix problems before they become yours.

Who this is for

Companies that aren’t sure where to start, or can’t get a clear read on their existing IT posture — what they have, what it exposes, and what to fix first. We give you that picture and a plan to act on it.

What's included

How it works

1

Free IT assessment

We inventory your devices, network, backups and security posture and hand you a written report with the gaps ranked by risk. No obligation — it tells you exactly what's exposed even if you never hire us.

2

Onboarding

A kickoff meeting to line up what comes next: a date to be back on site, installing our RMM so we can see and look after your systems, and transitioning the services handled elsewhere. Licensing, renewals and access get carried across properly so nothing slips through the cracks mid-switch. We also start planning any projects we've agreed on.

3

Implementation

We start on the projects and action items that came out of the assessment and onboarding. Work is scheduled around your team, implemented properly, and closed out one at a time instead of sitting on a list.

4

Day-to-day: you just call when something's wrong

Most tickets never reach you, and most are resolved remotely before anyone notices. The fix matters as much as the speed: we chase the cause and correct it properly, so the same problem doesn't walk back in three weeks.

5

Periodic business review and planning

A standing meeting with your key decision makers: where things stand, what's coming that will cost money or cause trouble, and a plan for getting through it. This is where IT planning happens, not just firefighting.
